Fit-Kick is a high intensity fitness kickboxing class that hits you in all the areas you can't reach with other exercise routines. Kickboxing can burn 700 to 900 calories/hour! Burn Fat, Tone Muscle, Build Endurance, Increase Flexibility, Coordination and Balance. Even gain more confidence in yourself!

Our program is designed for people of varying fitness levels, stressing proper technique throughout the class to ensure safe participation. You will burn tons of calories!!! Some of our members have lost 20 lbs. in the first 4 to 6 months!!!

We have a fully equipped (bags, mitts, pads, etc.) top notch clean training facility and our instructors focus on safe and proper technique, which is of the utmost importance to us.
