Tai Chi is a soft graceful style of martial arts that can lead to a healthier lifestyle due to it's many benefits. This ancient style of Kung Fu, transformed into a health practice in the 1920's; has been used by the Chinese for decades to increase overall health & fitness, and assist in warding off illness and disease.

Our Tai Chi classes are like a family, everyone comes together to help one another learn and grow. Our top notch instructors are well trained by Master Instructor and 2x National Champion Randy Brown.

Class is for men and women age 13 and up. Class size is limited for higher quality instruction.
